What a great capture! It really shows off the nobility of the dog, particularly the corona of light shining through it's fur and the conveyance of speed and movement. I also think it captures the long and sleek grace of the dog... an Afghan hound? Marvelous work, as always.

Nice shot, though personally I think it'd have made more of an impact it it was more similar to the 'kite' photo... and minus the bench.

It's a lovely shot of this dog - full of life, energy and playfulness. I'm not a professional photographer so I won't even try to get into the graininess...the darkness....the lack of focus....or whatever else people think they see. Their comments are helpful to you, I would think, but to me I look at the photo for what it tells me - for the message it offers to my senses and soul. I find that far more important than any wish I might have to nitpick. Thank you for this joy

Seems a little blurry and forced to me...no offense, but not up to your usual par. Good composition, but htere isn't a single place in the photo where its sharp or in focus. Oh well, keep it up, if there is only one mediocre shot among your thousands of outstanding ones, you're in good shape.
