So for this art contest the person hosting it gave you a description of the character and then you need to draw them so here is the description they gave me!A creative Rainwing/Sandwing hybrid who wears tons of pouches. They were a special crystal necklace and have lots of strange accessories. They have tattoos running through their tail. And are often seen painting.
