Cacttoads that have began to sprout become cacttall. the buds all over its body will fall off and grow into small cactus.
they produce far more sap than cacttoad and local elders will use them for spirit journeys but the local authorities forbid it by law.
evolves from Cacttoad evolves into Cacttower
