Great work! You know, with the whole background like a school picture and all, this makes me think of a photographer's mental picture, like they look through the lens and that's what they imagine seeing, totally unbeknownst to the model

Why?? It's simply an implied topless image... there's absolutely nothing showing. An artistic nude photograph depicts models as either partially (ie. the full breasts showing) or entirely nude. This image has neither characteristic. So it would be wrong to place it in that category.

Well at least put the mature button on it, as the person is topless, and even though the breasts are covered by the arms, the fact that there is no shirt is still there and not everyone wants to end up looking at that, and it isn't really blocked if there's no mature button on it.

Well technically... she's topless. But in term of catergoizing it, she's actually not "topless" per se. Under photography and modeling, she'd be considered "implied topless" because the breasts are not actually completely exposed. So labelling it "mature" (which is 18+) would be rather extreme, given the fact that there essentially is nothing showing but the sides of her breasts ...oh my!
