I have been making an effort to learn more and get a little better and this is my recent effort...a generic female base mesh which could be applied to various characters and what not. It took me a while to figure out how to get the blemishes out of her and eventually I had to export her elsewhere to do it, but at the end of the day she's smooth finally, so I'm pretty pleased with her. She's also low poly count so she could be used in games, etc. and she's smooth enough that you could add whatever muscle detail with displacement and\or normal maps, which was my plan, so that's a decent result I think.
