Here is an old request by this DA Member has been responsible for reminding of some old cartoons and spur some of my drawings. This was a very old one. From the old Tiny Toons show the evil Dr. Gene Splicer has captured by Shirley the Loon and will be putting her under his mental domination.Shirley the Loon is the perfect stooge for this. She is always acting weird, so who will notice if she acts a bit weirder. She floats in the Lotus posistion all the time.
