ah! this is just AWESOMENESS! =]..!! eto.. should i translate the japanese to english? xD and it does make sense starting with the eyes, cause when i start with the other parts, i end up having a drawing with misplaced eyes, nose or mouth.. what a great drawing!

That's cool that you can start with the eyes, you must have a good grasp of where everything goes. I Used to do that, but now everytime I try something comes out too big or too small.
