I put this up for the web strike. If those bills pass, I worry my fanart might be "CENSORD" or something. But, from what I've read, fanart may be safe. Maybe, but I'm not sure. Most of the images that would be affected on dA are already breaking the rules- [link]

But the bill would be able to shut down a great many sites just for posting screencaps, etc. (i.e.- a screenshot of Taichi from an episode of Digimon would get a site blocked- even if that's the only thing that doesn't fly on there!). Which would affect other sites I go on and be a major pain in the ass.
