Here we go folks! This is the result of a collaboration between me and my awsome pal WanderingDragon379 - [link] whose art never fails to amaze me, and is well worth checking out
We've combined our characters within the pic. Top left starts with my mascot Faith, top right shows Wanderer's character Shetan and WD379's joint owner Tangeriene's representation, the collie.
At the bottom is a shalkat (the species I would use as my fursona if I ever decided to make one) and Wanderer's representation the snow leopard.

Lol it's tough to explain in words, but in PS go to Window and open the Brushes tab. Get your brush a decent size (like 200px or something) and then make sure only the "Scattering" and "Colour Dynamics" tabs are selected. On Scattering whack up the scatter bar to about 200% and then on colour dynamics keep everything on 0% except for Brightness jitter - whack that up to full.
Then with your new random brush. colour in the whole image and then use radial blur
Makes for awsome cheatage
