The Short lived good one
- Who gave us such awesome moments as letting Jason/Geki use the Dragon Shield
- Who used the last of his power to get the other rangers power coins from Goldar
- Who used the Dragonzord to combine with the Mastodon, Triceratops and Sabre-Tooth Tiger zords to make a totally kick ass megazord
- Who defied his own death to tell the (Zyu)Rangers that the Guardian Beasts were in Bandora's Magic Realm

or

The bad ass one
- Who took on all 5 rangers at once, and delivered a back hand to Kimberly/Mei during said fight
- Who was the only villan, Bar Ivan Ooze, to wreak havoc in the command center and almost destroyed zordon
- Who when Kimberly had told him that they knew he was the green ranger gave and evil grin and said that they would soon all be destroyed

I would have to go with the Evil one, I mean I have to cause I wouldn't wanna mess with the guy, would you?
