I have seen many of the hearts made in books from the shadow of disc like objects from rings, lens filters, even from balls and discs. So, I had a crazy idea why not try doing it with something that is used for destruction.Related content

The heart is made by a grenade that I found, instead of tearing to shreds it blew the top and bottom out. Here is a link to another picture of it [link] I hope that answers your question if not send me another. Thanks for the comment.
