Hailing from the same planet as the Lij Nik, the Tussewark has been similarly domesticated by the Vornai since times inmemorial, in this case as livestock. Almost everything from this massive animal (twenty feet at maturity, more in the case of the bulls) has an use, from the extremely nutritious meat and milk to the dense green-black fur and night-unbreakable horns, and while primarily herbivorous they survive on almost anything, up and including refuse. The downside, however, is that they're viciously aggressive and territorial; the mere sight of a stranger wandering into their grazing grounds sends them into a rage

For safety reasons Tussewark herds are kept within heavily fortified pends outside Vornai settlements, thought everyone flocks to watch the show when slaughter time approaches. Other dangerous tasks such as feeding them are left to the slaves.

Under no circunstance should a Tussewark and a Lij Nik be allowed to make visual contact
