Description
During Color Theory, I felt that I needed to make a drawing justifying my use of Rozalin in Disgaea 2. She, for me anyway, has horrible stats, compared to Etna (<3 Etna). But I decided to use her anyway... I guess for the fact that she has a MASSIVE rack. >_>... Don't judge me...Originally done in Pencil. Outlined in Pen

Really? I thought Rozalin made an excellent Gunner and a half-decent Flonne Replacement if you can get over the B in staves...Also...her+Majin Hanako+Adell....BAM! Ded.

WELL, she is actually one of the better characters since she makes one of the best supports in the game, along with Older Hanako*psp* They make any guy character god, and the best thing i seen is having Both Hanako *norm* and the older one, and having Roz, and make them buff for say Adell, and u take on just about anything double ur lvl. Etna i found useless since her passive is useless since prinnies are the worst. End game, my Roz could easily Beat my Etna *lv9999 and re-carnations, with Max Felonies* Etna had good stats, and growth, but Roz always beat here when using a gun, against spear.
I have like...well....alot of hours in the game, but the list from Best to worst would be Adell, Older Hanako, Taro*no one can stop that wall of Death*, Laharl, Roz, Samuri, Mao, Champloo, Etna, Fubuki's, Axel, and the other characters. Sadly though no one uses Taro, even though he is like the BEST WALL IN THE GAME, his counter at 4 and can move at norm, and has BEAUTIFUL growth, and has good buffs, and a heal special attack. I wished that they made a older Taro like they did Hanako, but that is a dream that won't happen ._., anyway, i have 500+ hours *DON'T JUDGE ME!!* and this is my knowledge on the game, since it's my Favorite of the 4.

is very funny, actually I never change rozyΒ΄s gun because it has more attack but less hit than other guns.
and yeah I love to see rozy while she is walking moving her chest , I love prier too but she has only 3 special atacks.
anyway ,what do you thing about hanako and the snow ninja girl ? I usually use the story characters thats why I use rozy jeje see you

lol that is what always happened to me... but i do have to agree with ya for the most part she does have some pretty bad stats even when you do have her with +1,000,000 stats she is still bad. if you ask me.. i would of ditched her for a prinny if it wasn't for the RACK! like geez they are bigger than the Succubus' Rack. great piicture too, it livened up my day for a luagh.

She ended up becoming a better unit for me after I dedicated some time to leveling her. It was just a matter of finding a good weapon for her. A fully leveled Megiddo Cannon did the trick.
Still, Etna's better. Her versatility with weapons is a plus too.

I guess it all depends... Been watching some YouTube videos showing up Prinny Baal battles or 10billion+ Damage attacks and it seems ppl only use her to improve the male unit stats surrounding her.
I believe is not that bad as a Unit, pnly need, as you said, some dedication. But I guess it also changes from game to game, recently my most powerful female char is Yukimaru...
I wan't able to play in a while, but I believe my unit list is(in order of overall stats)---> Adell, Yukimaru, A Mage Knight(can't remember which one, I guess she's a Rune K) Etna, Rozalin, a Warlord...
Well, even so as I read for the other comments in here I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back of your current levels... my Adell is only at level 850 (two reincarnations done), second gameplay
I agree, it's cool to find more Dis2 players
And I vote for Rozalin, she's not that bad(and of course of her rack! xDDD)

That was the same thing I did, I found a 0 Rarity, Megiddo Cannon, and I got it fully leveled. It did the trick for the most part, but when I did Extra Stage 8 and Extra Stage 9. I got both Flonne and Laharl in my party, and that just made Rozalin feel even more useless.
The only thing I am still having trouble with is Extra Stage 11, Where you approve a bill, called "Fight The Strongest Overlord", Which will give Adell the title of "Badass Overlord". I can never get close enough to attack him because he keeps using that Zetta Beam that has a Forward Range about 2-3 and it is a line that goes straight across the map, or well maybe 5-6 Spaces in a straight line that get damaged.
Glad to see other people love the Disgaea Games as much as me.

I actually kinda cheated with that part. I sent my captured 9999 Nekomatas after him. I think also I had a couple of 9999 Wood Golems for that.
The only extra chapter I need to do is Fight Baal and Prinny Baal. At least I think that's the case...

I did work on getting atleast 10 or so level 9999 Nekomatas but, i haven't really ever had the time to get around to it. How did you get the Wood Golems to level 9999? What weapon did you have equipped to the Nekomatas? I give them fully leveled Legendary Satan's Motors.

I gave my Nekomata's all basic Satan's Motors (unleveled) and I got my Wood Golems from one of the later stages. It had an Enemy Level Up 10% Geopanel and just continued letting it go to 9999, then tossed it into my base panel. You could also go to the item world and do that trick.
If I remember correctly, Zetta was about 2000, so it wasn't too difficult. I believe I had a 500+ Space Knight spamming Tera spells. That was a big help. Mage Knights are quite possibly the best units in the game.

Hmm, you are talking about one of the levels near the end just before you get to the final battle against the imposter Zenon. I think Zetta was level 2000, and he has +830,000hp that is tough part with him. My best is a level 6000 Nekomata, and then Adell at 4582. I was trying to get a +7000 Holy Dragon in the item world one time, but my PS2 froze up on me as I was throwing it in the base panel.

ouch. That hurts. I was never really fond of the Holy Dragons. I was more of a Wood Golem person. High Defense and Offense, plus they recover health every other turn. Although, I only use Humanoid units with my main cast. The monster's are more for the Item world if it gets to difficult.

lol, actautly my rozy turned out really powerful. But part of the reason is she's always jump into a team attack...even when I wasn't planning it!

Any character can be good if you max out their weapon masteries and level up their skills.
...but Rozalin is lucky that Marjoly wasn't a recruitable character

lol yeah, once i maxed out a megiddo cannon Rozy was doing alot better. i was kinda sad that Marjoly wasn't recruitable, but I did take her equipment and gave a couple to Rozy. lol

Interesting, I found that Claudia's Charm worked best for me on Adell. Of course, I had him using fists.

I gave Adell Felicitation, with fists... an infernal armor and something else, I'm still trying to get to the Land of Carnage... stupid last pirate map...

That's acquired when you first defeat regular Baal. Killing Prinny Baal makes the Prinny Baal pirates able to appear in the LoC Item World, who in turn offer the "Lord Master" title as the reward.
