I groaned inwardly. It was awful, terrifying, amazing, and confusing at the same time. It was a day later and I was sitting in the cafeteria, unsure of what would happen. Things weren't exactly made clear in the "discussion". I had my hood up and my MP3 was turned up all the way underneath it. I saw a glimpse of him walking into the lobby, so I slouched down more and became invisible. I was good at that, becoming invisible.

A few minutes later I finally looked up, thinking I was clear. I saw nothing in front of me but when I turned my head sideways, he was sitting right next to me. He looked at me expectantly and I turned the power rock off and lowered my hood, flattening my hair some. He grabbed my hand and led me over to the table we normally sit at. He sat down next to his friend, the one I hate with every inch of passion in me, and pulled me onto his lap. The whole time I was silent, like I usually was. I was the quiet one. He laughed and joked around while I sat there, silent. Someone made a joke about us being apart for a few days and I wanted to get up and walk away. But I knew he wouldn't like that. Not at all, and I knew that I would have to pay for it later. And I couldn't take that.
