The surreal atmosphere in this shot is what I love the most about it. The over-exposed tones work very nicely with the under-exposed / dark background. The three rocks in the forground give a very nice compositional reference, as the almost seem to encapsulate the focal point.

You know, This girl from Blacks Photolab told me if you get it into print, and scan it again on the computer, it will come out bigger and keep the quality. Then you can print it for yourself in a larger resolution...
I never tried it out, but it sounds logical to me. I sayed LOGIC, as in Spok, from the USS Enterprise I think it's sounds logical captain.

Not to mention, I went to blacks today and found missing person posters around, and it happened to be the Manager from Blacks Photography, Also a friend of my family! MISSING! ?? And no one has seen him again.

why have you submitted this photography? you did not take the picture, and you maipulated it... this is a rip in my eyes. its the same as me taking somones wall and changing the colours around abit. and then re-submitting it.
why did this get so much notice, dont people see the only reason it looks so good is because its been adited the crap out of in photoshop. no offence the photorapher but i bet the original looked not half as good.
