For she is the past,
And I keep getting this feeling,
Our love will be a blast.
You say you see
Love for her in my eyes,
I don’t see how, all I feel
Is love for you inside.
You will not lose me,
That can not be,
For you’re the one
Who sets me free.
Don’t cry at night,
And thinkin I’m leavein
Cause what we now have
I srongly believe in.
You won’t lose me,
Even to her,
What she and I had
Is all a blur.
Although I do thank her
For what she did to me,
Cause it brought me to you,
It set my heart free.
