Some fans believe that Manon could be Cerise which somehow is a little connected. As I look at Nadja, she does look a bit like Cerise or Cerise looks a bit like Nadja because of the short hair. Especially the eye shape and color too.
Manon once did willingly get akumatized into Puppeteer in Puppeteer 2 because she got angry that no one would play with her. Lila was a bit like her when she got frustrated with Adrien telling her to stop lying, she willingly got akumatized into Chameleon. Both of them are like spoiled brats when they hate how they don't get what they want.
So if Manon and Cerise are one in the same, maybe something did happen in her real timeline as a teen, maybe she got sent back into the past where she doesn't belong and maybe she uses disguises to hide and uses manipulative lies to get what she wants, even if it means hurting everyone. Its almost as if she has a mental mind like a child mixed with teen mentality. I don't know.
If she was still the same as an adult in the future, its almost as if she never changed at all by growing up.
