A picture for the 100 theme challenge art night.

This here is number 48: Red.

I did this picture a looooong, loooong, looooooooooong time ago in my junior year of high school, like right after the first art night. I was going to do a graphic adaptation of The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allen Poe (which is an awesome story, btw) that unfortunately didn't get far. This picture was for one of the lines in like the first paragraph about the last stages of the symptoms of the red death. This took me a really, really long time to do because I wanted to do it right, so I did it really slowly. Also, this picture is based on a picture of edgar allen poe. I thought that was kind of neat.
