Ever seen the carton series of Lilo and Stitch? There's reccuring villian there to who is also a evil rabbit with a massive ego.

He lives in a sky-lab in a remote part of the galaxy and hates AstroCat who believes him to be a cute fluffy bunny. I like to keep much of his character shrouded in mystery because he's so disturbing therefor allowing readers to deduce what they want. However, it's entirely possible that he deemed himself to be 'above' the average rubbit and started experimenting on himself to improve his intellect. Frequent brain-realated experiments have obviously sent him quite mad.
What I DO know is that he can control his wheel-chair and a lot of it's functions via the nuero-implanted cables. He's either lost the use of his legs or (as is more likely) is too lazy to walk. His mind is so important he's left his body to neglect (pot belly, saggy chest etc.)
Actually, I've probably written more abut the good 'Doctor' in the last five minutes than I ever have before!

WHOA! I wouldn't fancy meeting him in a dark alley! You know, it's his eyes where his nature really stands out- not just in the excellent coloring, but the twisted emotion itself is just so clear! Well done!

It's unlikely he'd ever be bothered to make it to an alleyway unless it was in his twisted laboratory! EHEHEHEHEHEEEE!!!!!
He's clearly very ill - but dangerous!

Disturbing, evil, demented-looking, and scary. GREAT combinations. Well done.
