Hi, nice piece. it's quite eye catching, which is why i clicked. I cant tell if this was done on paper with markers or digitally which is a good thing.

If done digital it has a marker feel to it, and if its done with markers its very clean and looks digital. great either way. But If i had to guess i suppose i would guess it was done on paper with markers. 

The color scheme is great and you did great work in shading and doing color ranges with tones. the "african painting" vibe is captured very well in this painting. 
the shape of the feet is well done, the left foot (from front view) is properly bent to show she is in mid stride, and her sideways stance is done well. 

As far as critique goes there isn't much to say, a lot of the variances in the piece are part of this style. but if you were going the more technically perfect route, couple things could be a pinch more precise, such as the left eye, hand sizes, and the straightness of the staff/cane.

Maybe a bit more dark colors/ shading in the veil/cape thing would help make her pop out more.

But it looks great this way, and making it too technically perfect would hurt the painted style of it, its supposed to look a little rough in my opinion.

All in all its a great piece, your style is great and you could definitely continue in this style area. keep up the good work!!!
