This is so beautiful! I will have to definitely try acrylic. 32 hours - that's a lot, you have the patience of a god!

It took so long because the board is so hard (think it is coated in acrylic) you can only scratch each individual piece of fur with a knife as I have found nothing else will get through the surface. Then I coloured and after went back in with more scratching The background is black but on the photo showed up funny, possibly because it is very shiny.

How else can you scratch other than individual piece of fur? I thought that is the only way to do it.
