Welcome to my office!!!4.0 Version! Updated!!
OK! OK! So it's starting to get cluttered.... I like it that way!
This is where I do my graphic design work, stalk DA, write e-mails, write novels, produce voice overs and.... derp .
And (almost) all of those images are Commissions of my OC's from novels I am writing. www.mightynovelist.com
I still have a fishtank, but I moved it across my living room, now - away from my desk.

Out of curiosity, what model is that microphone? Is it a USB microphone?

Yes, it's USB, it's a Studio Condenser Mic - Samson CO1U. It cost me 100$ at the time, but that was like 3-4 years ago. It's still going strong. I also have a pop shield, and a stand and shock mountΒ but those are all about an extra 20-30$ each. Sorry, I know you didn't ask for all that info. LOL. I was just being concise. I do recommend the mic, though. It's wonderful.
Let me know if you need any more info. I use Audacity for editing. It's free and works as well as the pro stuff really.

It's like you read my mind. I would have asked you all that sooner or later but you got it in the bud. I've been contemplating, thinking about getting a proper microphone to do voice-over work with. My Dictaphone can only do so much in the end.Β Once I get my head around Audacity, it's only a matter of time before I can do proper work.

Honestly, the super quick clean up I Do to my voiceover work pieces only takes a few seconds per segment, depending how long it is, etc. 1 minute scripts only take another minute or so to clean up. I could easily show you how to do this with a little screener video or something. It wouldn't be a problem at all to help teach you the quick 1-2-3's of Audacity. Just let me know when you're ready to try, and I'll work something out for you!

Unfortunately, I am an extremely out of place nerd. I work in a warehouse where my office is part of our Quality Control cage on the warehouse floor. While it gets really loud and sometimes hot, one could argue that I have the largest "office area" in the building lol. I just can't personalize it. Not without stuff getting recycling, ruined, or stolen.

Yeah, sometimes it drives my nuts, lol but I love my STUFF....
It's an Acer... something.. hahaha. I think it's 23" I think. It's really nice and the color accuracy is good for my graphic work. Not too big, not too small and not too expensive. I bought it about 3 years ago. I think it was about 115$...? I can't recall. Got it at Walmart, though.

Oh, no. None of the artists I commissioned made the prints. I had them made custom afterwards.
