Superb man.
Not one scarf ... But I can forgive that.
This really is brilliant.

Thanks! I was trying to come up with a simple way the claws could be retracted in a strictly mechanical fashion (to keep cat from stabbing the cop in the neck ) and I thought "switchblade"

Nothing major of course - your stuff is always tight.
I really like the victim, the framing, and the overall positioning of the piece.
I do think the heroine's face is a little too slim and weak. As well, I would have liked to see a tad more shadows on the ceiling.
Just my thoughts.

Hrm, her face was one of the most difficult parts of the painting. It's mostly due to the angle I think. I was cursing my self for choosing it from the beginning Though a stronger face might not have had the same impact that it does right now... of course for this one, I guess I'll never know. I'll definitely keep the angle vs. facial distortion in mind a lot more for the pieces to come.
As the ceiling goes, ya, I would also like to see more shadows there. Unfortunately, that's as dark as it's getting since I used a few too many layers of paint already. If I try to put any more paint down, it will just lift what's already there. That's usually a good sign that that part of the painting is finished whether I like it or not
Thanks for the input!

Awsome as usual!
You just love weird angles dont you?
I think the best part is the expression on the guard face . I can just hear him
" AMOF 'OU WAAFHH OU' ... AMOF 'OU!!! "
lol

Ya... ya I do love me some weird assed angles. The initial sketch for this one was actually done with a more normal angle to it but after some talks with Katfood, some changes to focal points had to be made as well as a touch more drama... and thus, a weird assed angle.
