Okay, now I'm bloody intrigued. I haven't read a good comic in a while.
The style is pretty good, if a bit naive (but since I'm a Miller fan, you can see how the perky color schemes might be a bit weird for me). So far, I like the character - a bit sarcastic, but on the whole, more or less normal. I have a feeling that's going to change drastically. Am I right?

THANK YOU. It is so refreshing to have a main character admit point-blank that he's not your "average joe". You know, there's just so many "normal kid meets deus ex machina" plotlines one can stomach before one feels like eschewing the whole of the fantasy genre.

And yea. I wanted to do something purely ironic in this. I want to incorporate a realistic perspective on some total nonsense. How would a family gifted with unusual powers be accepted by society if they were blankly open with it?
