Description
I had the idea of Sandy's design since the beginning of this project but she got placed in theback burner while working on other personas, yet should've worked on her since the beginning
since she's one of the most infamous storms in New England history.
This drawing was made purely from IBIS paint but have to say I'm pleased with the results.
