Symphony awoke where she had fell. She had expected to see sights of fencing and the feeling of restraints, but there were none. She recognized a sharp pain in her ear and hindquarters but nothing was holding her down. A quick glance told her that she must have lost consciousness for a while, dawn was breaking into the sky. Cool spring air comforted her senses as she rose to shaky legs. Somehow, for some reason, that human hadn’t taken her. She didn’t wait around to put much more thought towards it as she took off into a trot quickly moving to a gallop as soon as her body would allow. She needed to be far away from here.-
