I love this, a bit of realism mixed with sketch art.

tattoos of this nature always spark my interest. They very much remind my of pages from a sketchbook, with randomized finished elements linked by scribbles and notes.
This is very very cool and additionally the pin head doll makes me think of "Johnny the Homicidal Maniac" EPIC!
