Back when I was still learning the pen tool in Illustrator, I started a project on a character shot of Metaknight off of Super Smash Brothers: Brawl. The project? I was going to try and vector him utilizing the pen tool, as a bit of a learning exercise for myself.

Background added in with Photoshop, it's just a collage of images of Metaknight from the game with a background overlay I created. Metaknight, though, was drawn entirely in Illustrator.
