Second part or something like that at least, m style changed a bit since the last one so this might look a bit different, sorry.
I'm still learning, and my anatomy is not perfect or pinpoint accurate.
Since centaurs are mythological creatures there are many, many representation on how they would work and look if they were to exist, this is just my idea of centaur anatomy
I'm missing organs, obviously, I don't know them all, but I put the principal ones.

I like the idea of them having just larger organs with two hearts. Although I wonder, if a centaur brakes a leg are they ruined or can they recover?

I'm thinking about centaur anatomy too.
Some remarks: Horses have a special kind to breathe: one footstep - one breath. Moving the foreleg back they press their lungs and exhale, moving their forelegs forward they breathe in. Thats the reason why they could run so fast and so long. I think centaurs should have their lungs like horses in the horse body therefore. The tiny human lung doesn't do a good job for the huge body.
And horses have a big spleen to store blood for quick use in muscles.
I like the idea of two hearts. Some animals have two, why not? It's a lot of work to do...
And because centaurs could eat some human food (they don't need grass at all and it's difficult to bend to the ground) it's logical to have two intestines. One with bacteria for grass and one for the rest...(Do centaurs eat donuts???).
