Lore: (You can only have one Miracle Card in your deck)
During your normal draw in your Draw Phase while you have less than 1000 Life Points or your opponent has 3000 or more Life Points than you when you draw this card: activate it Return all cards you control back to your deck; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck or Extra Deck (ignore the summoning conditions). When that monster is Summoned; other card effects cannot be activated. Cards cannot be activated in response to this card.

This is cool. However it might be a little too powerful. The fact that I can activate it when my opponent has 3000 more life points isn't a grave situation. I have dueled with opponents that achieve nearly triple the starting 8000 and I win by blowing there defenses down with powerful monsters, flip effects, and piercing damage. I have to say, nothing makes a Spirit Reaper seem useless like facing a deck full of powerful piercing monsters and direct attackers. My point is that miracle should only happen when the situation is truly bleak. It is still a really awesome card.

3000 LPs difference isn't such a thing in the current Metagame. It takes only 1 turn/card to fill this requeriment.
Ah... the wonderful mechanic that is the Spirit Reaper/Marshmallon User's worse nightmare. There's nothing more frustrating than building a perfect defense, and then your opponent shows you that he knows how to and will "pierce" it xD.
I agree with your point, so, could you post this situation as an effect? I want to know your proper scenario for a miracle.

That is all I really got. A miracle for me is when I am down to 2000 or less life points and my hand and field are empty. That is the moment when I usually drew Pot of Greed or Monster Reborn. I guess it simply is when the duel will be decided on your last draw.

Man, this card is perfect for my deck! I can imagine that I can combine this to "Shooting Quasar Dragon" or better yet "Horakhty, the Creator of Light. What do you think?

Pretty much, since unleashing Horakhty, the Creator of Light with the power of Soul Draw will make an instant win once Horakhty is special summoned on the field.

Well yeah, I agree! Maybe you could add more conditions or alter the conditions on your "Soul Draw" card in a way that will makes things more fair in the game that will not make this card as a broken card that can make the game unfair or something.

I am aware of the 'broken'-ish-ness of this card. It is made with my fictional world in mind. Not real life play. This is a mechanic that would give "regular" duelists a Destiny Draw ability, in the form of a card. As my story take the "I-draw-every-card-I-need" (from the Anime and Manga) and make it into a thing. Some can decide what to draw; others need an alternative ways of doing so. This is a new mechanic I have not fully implemented as I am constantly re-creating my stories, but I am getting there. At least they are not Dragon Rules, am I right? xD

Well I now can understand why you want to make something like this for people to make a card that give an a Destiny Draw ability, it makes me want to add a card like that on my deck since I'm trying to make a perfect deck that is capable of handling any kinds of situations and its not easy for me to find the right cards that work well on my deck. Oh. Nevertheless, this is a Miracle Card. One of many maybe? I am aware that it is broken. However, it is balanced in two way, one: your entire field is bounced back, which means you are stuck with one monster while your opponent has all of their cards (and Xyz Monsters gain no Materials). Two; when the criteria is met, it is mandatory to activate it. You mentioned The Creator God of Light, Horakhty, but that card does not exist in my fictional world. No already anime/manga legendary card are. Of course, I make my own legendary cards, and they will utilize Miracle Cards in one way or another and new mechanics. Soul Draw is just one idea, and I had a few. One was to let you add any card to the top of your deck during the End Phase, another was to simply draw more cards, but you have staples for those. Therefore, I decided to go with this. However, this is beginning a discussion that will just fill up the comment section. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts, and I will consider them.

Well its understandable since you've balanced it in those two ways. Also, I know that The Creator God of Light, Horakhty card does not exist in the fictional world, all I'm saying is "what if" it does, that's all I'm talking about. Plus, I'm not into using Xyz Monsters since because of their drawbacks of once they have no attach materials on it, it will be useless. Although, if I use Soul Draw on "Shooting Quasar Dragon", sure it will only attack once per turn since it needs those non-tuner synchro monsters to have multiple attack, but everything else on that dragon's effects will still be quite interesting, right?
