The eraser in flash has an "erase lines only" function, which is easier than trying to select them all and then deleting the lines.

Actually, you can do this in Photoshop or even Illustrator if you have a tablet and/or know how to use the pen tools, layers and such. And its basically the same method you use

I havent found any way to draw lines and color on the same layer and remove the line but still making the color be under the lines with photoshop, please if thats possible tell me how :3

You cant, you need to do multiple layers with the color layers under the lines. Basically you make a layer for the cleaned up line art, then you take the pen tool and trace the lines with the pen tool, but do only one section or color at a time. Once you have a solid "shape", you then swap from the layers tab to the paths tab and making sure you have an empty layer selected, fill in the shape (it would be the solid black circle at the bottom). You can click in the empty area in the path tab to unhighlight the path to see the image without the path lines in the way.
Once its done and you're happy with it, then you can move onto the next section/color but really make sure you're happy with it cause once you start a new path, it will erase the old one if the work path isnt highlighted.
I'd do a different layer for each section or color, that way you can hide them as needed and if you need to go back and edit you arent having to fight with another part of the image that's finished and you're good with. Once its all done, then you can save it as an image file and it will flatten down the layers.

x3 yes that i know but that isnt really what this tutorial is about.
And its also a totally diffrent tecnique than this one. This was to show people how i did my lineless art with flash not any other program.

No, no I wasnt saying thats what your tutorial is about and I guess you're right, they are kinda different in how you go about it, but I guess my point was you can get similar results in Photoshop or Illustrator.

oh yeah x3 ofcourse, you can still make epic pictures with any kind of program, the program wont stop you from creating what you want as long as you give the time needed :3
