REMEMBER this tecnique only works with flash as far as i know of.If you want to try flash you can download a 30 verson trial of the program if you search up adobe flash Cs3 trial version( its really expensive to buy)

Hope it helps anyone :3 It might be frusterating, but ive tried to explain it as easy as i possibly can xD

Because photoshop doesnt have the connecting pencil tool with pencil tool only, photoshop overlap everything.

wait I don't get it,
you coloured in the same layer as the lineart, right?
then how does it come that when you delete the red lines, it doesn't delete everyhting behind it? o3o
when you delete a colour on top of another colour in the same layer, it normaly cute out both, no? =s

yes becaues pencil and brush wont connect together, and when you fill an area with the bucket it counts as brush color.
thats why flash is epic

Question: How do you get your pencil to not make everything so...orderly? Like if I draw an eye it turns into a circle

If you look at the bottom of the tool box when pencil marked, theres this arrow pointing on a bendy line or straight one, you choose the bendy one, theres several pictures of them in the tutorial
Im not sure if thats what you were wondering about, if you wonder how i draw a circle, i just draw a circle?
