Not a lot of Griffians knew about this until Cooper pointed it out, leaving Spud in total shock
Sannael is one of the very first Annunaki parasplicers that the Mothership created after the prototypes where a success. They infiltrated all the continents police forces to learn the rules and how to fit in fast to get as much information back to the Mothership as possible. Sannael loved their job so much they decided to stay and help by continuing to work as police officers. Not a lot of Griffians know the triplets from each continent is the same character or that they are a Parasplicer. Sannael loves the double limb mutation and is very opinionated, passionate and encourages Griffians to form allies and work together. They also believe it is important to be an ally with your inner self to solve problems, seek solutions and be a better Griffian all around. They are the NPC that is going to run the updated Ally trial when that is ready.

QUESTION!
So before, as long as i understand, parasplicer are almost 99% unknown to the common Griffolk, and only some few even know what is a parasplicer, right? just want to make sure, since the small comic almost make it look like, that a splicer is not that big of a secret....
This is more a Lore question, as I really like to follow and build my character story around the Lore of the group, so just want to know how it goes.Β

I think it's moreso that most griffians know the history of the mothership landing and parasplicers coming to griffia, bit as far as who's a parasplicer is unknown due to the shapeshifting. So seeing a parasplicer would be an uncommon thing i would assume.. *thonking emoji*

yeah, see, this is why I want to ask, because what you just say could be true, but then on the other hand, I do remember that when Parasplicer were introduce, they were suppose to be like this weir alien (they still are) thing that no one knew about. If you remember the first parapslicer comic and all that, Griffolks were like super skeptical about it.

That could be because the mothership landing was long ago and it became more of a legend the more time came on..?
the lore has changed since the group has opened tho so it's all up to griff what's cannon and not nowadays :'UU (as when parasplicers were announced, they were all different types, now it's just one type.)

PARASPLICER
Creation Story:
When the Mothership realised her time healing in Griffia may soon become permanent, she knew she needed a means to reach out of her metal husk. Where the Bavoms had been created to guard and keep the Mothership safe, The first Parasplicers were made to be her eyes and ears. Parasplicers were meticulously designed with a more βuser friendlyβ interface made to assimilate flawlessly with Griffian society.
Parasplicers were genetically designed using the DNA skeletal blueprint of the Titan Perfaunt, spliced with Paraglire DNA that had been collected from the corpses of those killed by her extinction-level impact on Griffia. They were expertly designed to be the perfect observers - inquisitive and charismatic. Where the mothership could not go, they could go. What she could not see, they could see. She infused them with leftover Terradragon DNA thaΒ Β I think you are right, in here, you can read this.....
"No one knows how many Parasplicers actually exist in Griffia at this point in time. Today, Parasplicers are so deeply integrated into Griffian society that itβs nearly impossible to know the true identity of who you are talking with, or if the items surrounding you are real or actually incognito Parasplicers in disguise. They are able to splice and shapeshift at will, hiding their true self if needed. Many Griffians do not trust the alien Parasplicers because of this, and it has created an air of paranoia for some Griffolk. Which I think it is implying that everyone knows what a parasplicer is, and that they are among them, just that they don't really truest them, almost like an outcast in society.Β

In the beginning... LMFAO IM KIDDINGΒ
As the group has evolved we have tried to leave our lore that applies to personal characters open ended to allow players to have wiggle room to make their own choices. It is no fun for anyone if we dictate to people yes their OCS must be disguised at all times. It is completely in the realm of possibility that a Griffolk could not know about Parasplicers at all depending where they are from. It is also very possible that they know a lot about Parasplicers for whatever lore reason a player should decide that. I for example have Cooper who worked for the CIB in Capria so it would be very illogical if he didn't know what a Parasplicer was for his job - since many work at CIB. But someone like Spud who lives near a farm in Beania would know what a splicer is but maybe he has just never really encountered one.Β
However, we have never really out and out changed lore. It evolves. People just understand things differently. Parasplicers are certainly still weird Aliens. We just do not want to apply things to our lore that people cannot be flexible with.Β
