I made this icon yesterday, but dA somehow is SUPER SLOW at changing my icon into this xD SO I GUESS ill just upload it. Ive tried everything from clearing the cache, to refreshing, to uploading it over 60 times and so on. I guess I just have to wait, its been 14 hours now since I first tried. No idea what character is in the icon xD I designed it while I animated.This is not a free to use icon. Cjharacter now belongs toΒ FlyingGuardianFish

This is one of the most fluid icons I've seen from you yet! The way the eye bounces is perfect, and they way the neck crinkles up XD and the ears. Ahhhh the ears.
