Im sure you can find similar ones if you look up paper texture, and the blendingmode is were the layers are, if you dont use photoshop i cant help you xD then you need to search up a program toturial of the one you use to see if it has blendingmodes

Click ctrl+u while being on the layer of the texture and drag the middle bar down to zero to make it gray and that problem will be gone ^^
