How do you do such beautiful work? I mean, how do you get such crystal clear pictures? And how do you color them? Mine never come out right. May you share some helpful tips?

Most is practice ^^ If you know what you want or were you want to go you will end up there in the end, it just takes time and lots of effort put into the way there
So best tips ever is just keep drawing and practice on the things you feel you cant do good ^^
