When you color in photoshop, do you color by adding a new laer underneath or HOW?

On this the colors are added on the same layer as the lines :3

Just wondering cause I'm annoyed with the color bleeding out side mah lines!

Also colored on the same layer as the lines :3 When its solid lines or done in flash you can color the lines with the bucket, if you use the bucket and it still bleeds outside the lines try to turn off the anti alising

det er et online tegneprogram som finnes i tegnesider kalt oekaki, det er en link i beskrivelsen til min oekaki, hvor man må registrere seg for å tegne C:
