May I ask what coloring program you use and how you did the shadows on the eyes? I use GIMP and I dont know how to do most things like shadowing

i always wished i had a brown dog icon and with dark brown spots on it, and light brown paws, and chocolate chip ( brown colored of course ) ice cream on it's head, with a cherry ontop! And it lays on a cloud, ( oh, and the dog has floppy ears ) and it's animated! when it goes up it's eyes are closed ( PLUS, the dog has cyan-green-blue-ish eyes, and it's smiling ) and a small red heart appears on the top left corner, when it goes back down, it's eyes are open again!!!
