Description This is an altered porcelain doll, Sissy the Vampire Bride, which I made for my coven's Pagan Pride Day charity auction. She is about a foot tall with porcelain head, hands, and feet and a rag stuffed body. I made her hair from very soft mo-hair type yarn. The outfit is a new gown and veil that I antiqued with a short soak in a hot water solution tinted with ground coffee, vanilla, and chestnut ink. She has a thick gesso undercoat for texture, a black base paint, crackle medium, and then citadal paint's space wolf gray. Inked in black and red for macabre affect. I further altered the clothes with vintage tapestry ribbon, black mesh, satin ribbon, and pins. she hold a red feather fan and has an obsidian beaded necklace with a mother of pearl heart pendant.
