This just shows where the Dinobots crash land when they reach Remnant, on a cliffside next to the ocean, in the kingdom of Vale. Fortunately, the bowsprit of Shockwaves' ship is the only thing hanging off so there isn't any risk of falling. Of course, everyone in Vale would see a giant shooting star seemingly crash into the ocean, with the potential exception of Patch, being that they could've seen where is specifically lands, but seeing that this event takes place at night the chances of that happening are pretty slim.

Of course, new goes by fast and within a matter of hours everyone and their grandmother know about the shooting star, and no one is allowed to explore that area for any potential remains as ordered by the Vale counsel; that being said, Ozpin gives Qrow the order to explore the crash area and report what he finds, and oh boy, it's gonna be a lot for Ozpin and his inner circle to handle.
