if you want to run the demo, go into the debug folder of the Example and click MetroTheme Test.exe, if you need help using the theme with the DLL you should look at the example, as you always need to reference the DLL through Solution Explorer, then add in any necessary code I.E. using theme_steam etc.
if your having trouble you should lookup tutorials of integrating DLL extensions into your Visual Studio project and look at the necessary code to apply the theme in form.cs and program.css
