V2 NotesNow has a Color Options with more Color! Customize your metro experience!
Metro Browser, this was just a small project to show people how you would actually use Metro UI in an application and show you how it's used in this one.
This is free to download, later modifications will include Favorites/Bookmarks and other promising features.

sorry for the late reply, if it wont work, make sure you install .net framework 4.0 and if you have that installed make sure you update .net framework as I can't remember but if you install .net 4.0 and update your .net framework afterwords, it will install updates that cover EVERY .net platform.
