When originally Building Start Tiles which eventually became the entire code base of what would be the famous 8 Start I didn't realize how much people really wanted the concept.During the time of development I had alot of higher Expectations for what you should use as a start page, so I wanted the code base and the entire project of Start Tiles to be put on hold because.

I didn't want to give a project which wasn't complete and you deserved something much better then that which is mainly the sole reason why it was dropped as well as it didn't receive any attention except from sole deviants who wants to make small modifications so the project stopped and eventually became dead as I honed on my coding skills to produce everything I wanted to be in Start Tiles including animations,settings,and dynamic layouts.

Most explain-ably are that in web design you got static layouts which are commonly used in metro mockups now a days which need to be adjusted to adapt to other browsers and resolutions and then you got dynamic layouts or relative layouts which continually change and adjust perfectly for your browser/device.

I pride myself in bringing you dynamic layouts as well as code that implacably change to adapt to YOU and not to me as I'm not a lazy coder and I put forth alot of countless hours on any project I do.
