Description
This is the cover for the first Wicked Nursery Rhymes 2003. All done in watercolor and ink. I usually use 140lb Cold Press paper with a coarse texture. Windsor Newton is my choice for watercolors, brushes and inks. But mostly use mechanical pens for inking whereas Rapidograph is my poison.Since I'm being asked so much...this IS a real book and available on Amazon or my site at madcreator.com: [link]

You should. They are a bit more explicit whereas the originals were subtly wicked.

I love this book and cover art! I would so be one of those kids sitting there. I read the uncensored Grimm tales when I was five!

I cannot recall where I first saw these - on some online site, that's for sure - but simply remember flipping out and wishing to get them. Just from the cover this looks like it would just be a wonderfully dark book.
Hopefully I can make a grab at it soon.

Oh, cool!! If so, you all were selling story books. I got a free sample, but you caught me when I had little money, so I couldn't buy anything from the handout thing that was given to me. . . . .if it's not you, then I'm sorry for the mixup! ^ ^"
