Description
This is an oldie but I finally got a good enough pic to show it! I made this for my daughter for a faerie themed bedroom, the whole piece stands about 28 inches tall. The petals are carved from maple(a big mistake)and the leaves were carved from poplar(a much better choice). The pot is a standard terra-cotta pot filled with sand and I used potting soil mixed with Elmers glue to fix it. The top is 3/8 inch plexi-glass and the stamen are plexi rods.
