Reading your journal and comming back to this, I can honestly say that I have no clue. (Though that could be me).
Do you remember Kimby (PyroPheebs)? She was open in her devs about the anorexia and self-harm, but in some deviations there was an undertone of something I couldn't quite place.
Do you remember the deviation she submitted titled 'Admition' (or something like that)?
She may have lost watchers due to that, but those of us who knew her, the her that came through in her writing not the her she portrayed to rl people, we stayed and saw her through.
So whatever is eating you, there are people here who will go...but the majority will stay.

It's a very subtle clue that makes more sense when the reason is behind it, so no worries 
I went and looked at the deviation, and it's not the same, although I can see how it influenced her writing.
Hopefully... positive thinking time. I am more concerned with the people I've spoken to or met, like you. I hope that friends will stay.

I considered for a while whether to use a question mark for the sake of grammar or not. I decided against it because although it appears to be a question to the reader, it more of a discussion to myself, if that makes sense. And to me it has a more final feeling, that doesn't form itself as a question.
It's good that your MSN is working again, I will definately be talking to you. I often appear as offline as well, usually in the evening, so if you ever want to talk just message me. If I'm on I'll reply.
