Victoria Tylo, Philis Blosoe, and Linda Butters are agents with a sub-division of the C.I.A that specializes in investigating and confronting scenarios that are above the functionality of any regular law enforcement agency. Augmented and trained to work in unison with each other, the ladies are sent in by the department to handle those threats or situations as the Winged Trio. All members have enhanced reflexes, speed, agility and healing factors. They wear uniforms that provide protection from most attacks and allow them to glide on air currents.

Victoria's code name is Robin Red Breast. She has telescopic, night, and tracer vision. She can eject out suntonian thermal daggers from her gloves that can explode or melt whatever target she sets them for.

Philis's code name is BlackBird. She has minimal telepathic and telekinetic powers. She can shadowport(teleportation through shadows or dark areas) by folding her cape around her and/or passengers. She uses battle clubs and tension cables ejected from gloves for fighting.

Linda's code name is Busty Bluejay. She has 50+ strength, A very high tolerance for pain, Resistance to mental control, and can emit a sonic wave scream from her mouth that can disrupt matter or force it back. She can also discharge wind current energy from fists(tornado knuckle).
