And OUT OF THE BLUE, I felt like making a new, updated char sheet for Dorph. I felt that the old one was rather awkward looking. Also, I made this a challenge for myself to NOT BE SUCH A NITPICKER.
I pick a lot on my stuff, but my brain keeps telling me that I'm not drawing digital unless it's gonna be printable and fantastic-looking. That way, all my sketches become "worthless crap" and I don't get much done digitally. Apparently, that psychic part ruins everything, because lately, whenever I've tried digital, everything really does look awful. It's like that unconscious pressure destroys the spirit of creativity and what I eventually squeeze out of it is like outdated mayonnaise. Yuck.

But this time, I felt very calm drawing the whole thing - and I actually had fun. And the result is stupid, all right, but it's not ugly and forced-looking.

I've been drawing all day, but not on this. 8) It's taking a lot more time than I anticipated, but finally I've got the linearts done! Expect to begin colouring tomorrow, and hopefully get done. Though I wouldn't count on it... oh well, we'll see! I'm looking forward to that. Have a nice day!
