It's true. He rules.This went through 5 stages:
1. I was gonna do a GIF of the "Powered Up" sprites of Timeman and Oilman killing eachother XD
2. The second concept was Timeman shooting Time Arrow at Megaman, who shot it back at Timeman.
3. The same concept, but without the wording in the end.
4. The same, with the m word pixelated.
5. This!
Maybe I'll do the other concepts someday....
