all devil may cry 3, each devil arm grants a different form for dante corresponding with the said devil arm at the time! ace wall paper, best game in the series so far! especially vegil! good work!

think of it this way. Each weapon has a magic like ability, and those abilities translate into the devil trigger, a magical demonic form, thus altering Dante's form.

I suppose that makes sense, its just that in the others, his form doesnt change (at least not that i know of)

3 was the first game he went devil trigger, seeing as how its a prequel, so i figure that sense he was young, his forms where influenced by more powerful demonic objects.
